Pinkstore.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American
Express. We do not accept personal checks, cash or money orders.
Sales Tax
Pinkstore.com is located in Virginia, and therefore, all orders shipped within Virginia, will be charged sales tax. Orders shipped outside of Virginia will not be charged sales tax.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted by mail on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED (including smoke permeation), WASHED OR DRY CLEANED, AND WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED, ACCOMPANIED BY THE RECEIPT within 21 business days of the receipt of purchase. All swimwear, jewelry, undergarments and sale merchandise are final sale. Please follow the instructions on the return/exchange form included with your package. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDELING CHARGES.
*This return policy applies only to items purchased online. Items purchased in our retail store cannot be returned through our online site.
Shipping Information
Orders received by 2pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed that day. Orders received after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We use UPS only as our shipping company and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/PPO addresses, as well as PO boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations. We only ship within the continental US.

Ground (5-7 business days) - $8.00
3 Day Select (3-4 business days) - $12.00
2nd Day Air (2 business days) - $16.00
Next Day Air (1 business day) - $26.00
Gift cards - Ground (5-7 business days) - $5.00
Tracking an order
You will receive an order confirmation from Pinkstore.com via email, which will include the UPS tracking number, once your
order has been processed.
Modifying/changing an order that has been placed
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any revisions, including cancellation(s).
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase online. Please select the amount of the gift card and proceed to
checkout. At this time, gift cards can only be redeemed in our retail store.
Making a return or exchange
Complete the merchandise return/exchange form (sent with your package) and enclose it with your
return/exchange. We strongly suggest you insure your item(s) as we are not responsible for merchandise
being returned. Affix the label, provided for your convenience, to the outside the box and mail
pre-paid and insured to:

Credit Card Refunds
Once your package has been received by Pinkstore.com, your refund will be processed in the original
form of payment within 3 business days. Note: Banking institutions may require additional time to
process and post your refund.
